Right walking stance middle front forefist obverse punch.

Right walking stance high outer forearm side block while,
simultaneously executing knife-hand inward strike to  opponents neck.

Withdraw & return right foot to form right walking stance execute arc hand strike to opponents throat.


Left L stance middle knife-hand side strike.

Right L stance middle knife-hand inward block.

Slip Left foot to form left walking stance & execute reverse
knife-hand to solar plexus, and downward knire-hand strike to nape of neck.


Right walking stance Downward side fist.

Dodge to side while executing turning kick to opponents solar plexus.

Execute knee upward kick to opponents face.


Right walking stance angle punch to opponents jaw.

Walking stance high outer forearm side block  & angle punch to opponents jaw simulateously. 

Slip right foot to form sitting stance back elbow thrust to solar plexus, Jump away while executing reverse turning or back kick.  Executives can adapt kick.
