Attack:          Walking stance middle front forefist obverse punch.

Defence:     Left leg back to form left L-stance middle outer forearm inward block .


Counter:     Shift right foot to form right L-stance back elbow thrust to opponents solar plexus.       

  
 
Attack:         Left L-stance high backfist side strike.

Defence:      Left leg back to form right walking stance high outer forearm side block.

Counter:       Right walking stance front forefist punch to opponents nose.



 
Attack:          Left L-stance middle knife-hand side strike.

Defence:       Left leg back to form left L-stance middle knife-hand guarding block.

Counter:        Side Piercing Kick to opponents ribs.




Attack:          Right walking stance high front forefist obverse punch.

Defence:       Right leg back to form left walking stance outer forearm rising block.

Counter:        Right walking stance flat fingertip thrust followed with knee upward kick.
