Attack:          Left L-stance middle knife-hand side strike, middle back piercing kick.


Defence:     Left L-stance middle knife-hand guarding block, left L-stance outer forearm downward block.


Counter:      Execute turning kick to solar plexus, land to form left walking stance front elbow strike to                                    opponents jaw.



Attack:         Low front snap kick, step through to form left walking stance while executing a grab to                                        opponents shoulders/head.
 

Defence:    Right leg back to form left walking stance X-fist pressing block, step back to form right walking                        stance high outer forearm wedging block. 


Counter:     Execute middle front snap kick to solar plexus, land to form left  walking stance while executing                       a palm heel to opponents nose. 




Attack:        Left L-stance  backfist side strike to opponents temple, pivot clockwise to execute middle side                        piercing kick, with the left foot.


Defence:   Right leg back to form right L-stance middle knife-hand inward block. Left leg back to form left L-                     stance high outer forearm inward block.


Counter:    Front snap kick, double punch to opponents kidney's.




Attack:       Right walking stance middle front forefist obverse punch. Left turning kick to ribs.

Defence:  Right leg back to form left walking stance middle outer forearm side block. Left leg back to form                      left L-stance outer forearm waist block


Counter:   Hooking kick to either high or middle section.
